Where do you ship to?

 

We currently ship to addresses in New Zealand, and shipping is free on all orders. See our Shipping Policy for delivery times and costs.

 

How long does delivery take?

 

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Delivery then takes 5 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday). More details are in our Shipping Policy. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

 

Can I return an item?

 

Yes. You can request a return within 30 days after receiving your item, as described in our Return & Refund Policy. Items must be unworn, with tags attached.

 

How do I choose my size?

 

Every product page has a size chart with measurements. If you are between sizes, write to us with your measurements and we will help you choose.
